AE’s newest addition to our Athletic Performance Programs. Elite Semi Private Training gives the athlete the option to train with a coach of their choice. Every athlete that signs up for Elite Semi Private Training will receive a complimentary evaluation and a customized program tailored to their sports and goals. Along with a custom program, each athlete will work alongside other motivated athletes that will all be coached directly by one of AE’s elite level coaches.
If you are looking strictly for speed training through the Speed Academy, sign up with one of our speed coaches: Dana Barry, Reggie Garrett, or Taylor Gent.
Program Details:
- 16 Session punch card package used at your convenience.
- You select training schedule (1-5 days/wk).
- M-F Classes Available. Email each coach for their availability.
- $639 for 16 sessions.
