Our Speed Week Clinic is an introductory program that gives middle and high school athletes in all sports an insight to speed - a skill that can be learnt and developed. Our Speed Academy coaches will take athletes through a week of high level training which includes linear speed development and change in direction.
All athletes will leave understanding the fundamentals of speed and the tools that need to become a faster athlete.
Speed Week will run 4 consecutive days (Monday - Thursday) for 1.25 hrs per sessions at a cost of $149.
